We prepare our prices taking into consideration all factors, such as freight costs, port charges, handling fees and any special documentation requirements which are presented to the client. For door to destination quay / airport quotations we aim to provide you with our best rates within three hours. Depending on supply time the mode of transport is also taken into consideration, for those time sensitive shipments we are also able to offer competitive airfreight from all main airports in the UK.
Once a booking is made we make it our priority to ensure the goods are shipped at the time specified and any changes advised to our clients in a timely manner. We offer all Customers a quality service with one point of contact from booking stage right through to destination, this ensures there is a good relationship between the staff and our clients.
Great care is taken within the team to ensure all documentation are raised, taking any letter of credits into account where applicable, and then reviewed as an extra precaution prior to being sent out to the relevant shipper. Special arrangements can be made overseas should the requirement arise, Anglo-Peninsula have a world wide network of agents which can take care of on-carriage, Customs brokerage, freight collect issues and other services which may be required.
